"I have been with Broughton Commercial Properties since 2004. I started my business in the basement of my home and as my business grew I needed to move and wanted to keep my overhead manageable. I went to George told him what I needed and he fixed up one of his rental properties to meet my needs. He updated the phone lines, computer lines, made office space for two more employees and a shipping/storage area. It was just what I needed at that point for my business.
He then came to me when he started breaking ground on the new complex. He could see my business was growing and I needed to get more exposure to my clients, he offered me a suite here on State Route 821. I was able to get the square footage I needed to add a display floor for clients to stop in and see our apparel and products. We designed our own layout of the floor plan. He allowed us a budget to finish out the interior to accommodate our daily business needs that also makes our employees and clients feel at home. I am very happy here at this location. It is very accessible to different areas of the county and W.VA. Everyone says “Oh yes, I have been by there…” The grounds are kept very neat all year round, lawn is mowed and trimmed and snow removal in the winter. George looks out for his tenants in a concerned manner, not an intruding manner at all, because he truly wants you to be happy here.
